2. Benchmark production activities to modern and best practices.
3. Prepare workflow processes and shop floor layouts.
4. Simulation of depot working including stabling and train movement requirements.
5. Logistics and inventory planning and monitoring.

Specification Preparation and Procurement Management:
1. Preparation of additional equipment lists.
2. Prepare Specifications for Maintenance equipment and plant.
3. Assist the client with the tender evaluation and procurement processes.
4. Investigation and specification of the computerised maintenance management system.

Construction and Project Management:
1. Prepare, manage and monitor project plan with work breakdown structure.
2. Co-ordinate with civil construction consultants for project facility construction activities for architectural layout, provision of services, roadways, track layout and landscaping.
3. Preparation, manage and monitor of manufacture, delivery and installation schedules.
